Light Steel Keel
Light steel keel is a building metal frame made of high-quality continuous hot-dip galvanized strip as raw material, formed by cold bending process. It is used for decorative wall surfaces such as paper-faced gypsum board, decorative gypsum board, non-load-bearing walls, and architectural roof decorative structures. It is suitable for various architectural roof decorative structures, building interior and exterior walls, and foundation materials for shed-type ceilings.
Light steel keels are classified into ceiling keels and partition keels according to their uses. They have the functions of light weight, high strength, waterproof, fireproof, earthquake-resistant, sound insulation, and sound absorption. At the same time, they have the advantages of short construction period and simple construction, making them a new type of ceiling decoration material. They are widely used in shopping malls, hospitals, banks, hotels, factories, terminal buildings, etc.
Product Characteristics
-
Fast centralized supply capability and efficient customized processing services;
-
The advanced stress-free system prevents cracks in suspended ceilings and partitions. The keel stress is completely released, with good flatness and straightness;
-
Excellent corrosion resistance, using high-quality continuous hot-dip galvanized coil as raw material, strong zinc layer adhesion, double-sided galvanizing capacity ≥120g/m
-
The perfect cross-sectional dimensions guarantee structural stability. The flange height is higher than the national standard level. Structural stability is enhanced by great moment of inertia;
-
Unique patented product series such as CH keel, unequal keel, E-type keel, Z-type sound insulation keel, and clip-shaped keel that can be applied in special sites.
